We aim to develop our school garden to educate our students about where their food comes from, and to promote sustainable ways of producing food. Our students are given the opportunity to gain knowledge, expertise and life skills through hands-on, skills based learning. The work we do with out students in the garden is a vital vehicle which our staff use to build relationships, deliver nurture sessions and re-engage our students who at times can experience barriers to their learning.

June 2013
We received the exciting news that The RHS will be working with us from September 2013.
In June we also harvested our first veggies - radishes were ready, we used some in a huge salad and staff bought the rest.
Here are some plants we are growing to sell at a stall on Sports Day
